These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://ariamai.com and any related services, software, AI tools, or products provided by MNR Enterprises LLC, doing business as Ariam AI (“Ariam AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility

Services may evolve over time, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features as described below.
3. Account Registration & Use
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity occurring under your account
You agree not to share access credentials or allow unauthorized use of the services.
4. Payment Terms
a. Fees & Billing
We may offer services through:
Monthly subscriptions
One-time fees
Usage-based pricing
Custom contracts
Billing terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement.
b. Free Trials
We may offer free trials at our discretion. Trials may convert automatically to paid plans unless canceled prior to the end of the trial period.
c. Refunds
No refunds are guaranteed
Partial refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion
Fees already paid are otherwise non-refundable
d. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.
5. Acceptable Use & User Responsibilities
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
Engage in illegal or fraudulent activity
Abuse, overload, or interfere with AI systems
Reverse engineer, extract, or replicate our models, prompts, or workflows
Scrape, resell, or redistribute outputs without authorization
Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
Use services for high-risk activities (including medical, legal, financial, or lending decisions) without qualified human review
We reserve the right to investigate and take action for violations.
6. AI-Specific Disclosures
You acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unpredictable
Outputs are not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice
You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using outputs
AI systems may produce unintended or unexpected results
Ariam AI makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or outcomes of AI-generated content.
7. Intellectual Property
a. Our Intellectual Property
All software, code, models, prompts, workflows, designs, and platform content are owned by Ariam AI and protected by intellectual property laws.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
b. Client Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the services. You grant Ariam AI a limited license to use such content solely to provide and improve the services.
c. AI-Generated Outputs
Subject to compliance with these Terms:
Clients may use AI-generated outputs for their internal business purposes
Outputs are provided as-is and without warranties
We may reuse anonymized or aggregated data, outputs, or learnings to improve our services and AI systems.
8. Company Rights
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations
Modify, limit, or discontinue services or features
Impose usage limits or fair-use restrictions
Remove content that violates these Terms
We are not liable for any modification or suspension of services.
9. Confidentiality
Any non-public business, technical, or operational information shared in connection with the services shall be treated as confidential and not disclosed except as required to perform services or by law.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY

11. Limitation of Liability

Ariam AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Ariam AI in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time.
We may terminate or suspend access immediately for:
Violation of these Terms
Misuse of AI systems
Legal or regulatory risk
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Connecticut. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, internet outages, governmental actions, or third-party service disruptions.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
